1. STOCKBUX FORUM
    1.1. You are allowed to read the forums and use them.
    1.2. You must respect everyone in the forums.
    1.3. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members.
    1.4. You can not use the forum for promotion (except the forum that is provided for this purpose)
    1.5. Any accusation without proof against STOCKBUX and / or STOCKBUX staff will be seen as disrespectful and   
           can lead to the removal or the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent
           suspension of your account.

2. USER ACCOUNT
    2.1. Keep your password safe. If you lose it, you may request it again and it will be emailed to you.
    2.2. You are allowed to have one account. If you attempt to create more than one account all of your
           accounts will be terminated.
    2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
    2.5. Accounts can not be sold, or passed on to another person.
    2.6. We will not modify your account unless this is requested.
    2.7. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without
           warning.
    2.8. You can only change your AP and PP address by writing the admins a ticket.

3. REFERRALS
    3.1. You may refer 15 people if you are standard or 75 people if you are PREMIUM member or more when you are a higher Membership.
    3.2. You may not refer others in your household or with the same IP.
    3.3. Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.
    3.4. You earn from your rented and direct referrals.
    3.5. You can only rent referrals when they are available.
    3.5. You can only rent one referral pack each 7 days.
    3.6. Referrals are rented for a certain period of time, and will be recycled when the time is over.
    3.7. The clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make.
          If you click at least 3 advertisements being a Standard member or you click at least 8
          advertisements being a Premium member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals.
          If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied
          by the number of referrals you have.
          The referrals clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day.
          These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Ads" page.
    3.7.1. To earn the money from your referral clicks you have to click all ads every day.
    3.8. We can not guarantee that your referrals will click all ads.
    3.9. We reserve the right to change the amount of Direct Referrals and Rented Referrals a member can have as well at any time we wish.

4. PAYMENTS TO USERS
    4.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
    4.2. We will pay all our members.
    4.3. The minimum cash out is $2 for standard and $2 for premium members. After the first cash out the cash out increases to $4 then $6 until $8
    4.4. You may only request one payment at a time.
    4.5. All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
    4.6. We will pay to the payment address on your account.
    4.7. We can decline any payments of users suspected of cheating.
        4.8. AlertPay and PayPal is used for all payments. StockBux reserves the right to make payments within a 30 day period and all payments are not subject to any instant payment system. Instant payments are available at our discretion. Also our payment system is subject daily limit of payments to be made daily. Once the limit has been reached for that day all payments will stop for that day.
    4.8. Chinese members must be premium to cash out

5. ADVERTISEMENTS
    5.1. We do not accept illegal content.
    5.2. Users can view ads every 24 hours.
    5.3. Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay, PayPal or your Ads Balance.

6. PAYMENTS TO STOCKBUX
    6.1. You may pay using the methods provided.
    6.2. You will not receive any refunds.
    6.3. Payments are confirmed using IPN.
    6.4. If IPN fails, contact us at Support@STOCKBUX.com
    6.5. Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.
    6.6. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! .

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
    7.1. We can suspend any account at anytime for cogent reasons.
    7.2. Accounts will be deleted with all records of them.
    7.3. We will keep certain information to identify cheating accounts that are suspended.
    7.4. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
    7.5. We are StockBux will also suspend your account if for any reason you file a dispute with any of the payment processors of which we use to make payments to other members.

8. LIABILITY
    8.1. We will not be liable because of acts of War, God, Nature or any other random things.
    8.2. We can edit our website at anytime for any reason.
    8.3. We will not be held responsible for anything out of our control. This includes anything caused by our
    users, host, or service providers.
    8.4. You are not an employee of STOCKBUX and you are not an independent contractor for STOCKBUX.
          We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer.
          You or STOCKBUX has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
    8.5. By joining STOCKBUX, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required
          by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status – we are not willing to
          do this for you.   
    8.6. We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice.
          Latter notices will be posted on STOCKBUX forum or e-mailed to you.     8.7. We at StockBux also reserve the right to make any changes to any part of the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice although we will try our best to make sure that we do try to inform all members of any changes to the Terms of Service when changes will be made and why they are being made at that time.
           These or any changes to the Terms of Service will be posted on the forum as well as a Private Message will be sent to each member as well to keep all members informed of any changes to our system.
